Start with what you make.
Add your products once, then use them to track costs, get ready for shows, and sell. When you put something in your online shop, the photos, price, and stock are already there.
Add your products
Start with a name, a price, and how many you have. Add sizes or different patterns if you need them. A one-off chair can stay just a chair.
Add what you spent
Photograph a receipt and choose which purchases belong to the business. Assign them to a product or, with Detailed costs, a supply. You can enter expenses by hand too.
Receipt scans: 1/month on Free, 10/month on Plus, unlimited on Pro.Record what you’ve finished
Tap I made something and enter the quantity. Stallipop adds it to your stock. With Detailed costs, it also subtracts the supplies you used. On Plus and Pro, add a rough time or use the timer to see what you’re earning per hour.
Get ready for your next show
Add the date, location, and booth fee. Check your stock and build a packing list. As you return to shows, look back at what sold there before.
With Pro, you can also plan what to make and estimate the time it will take.Ring up the sale
Tap a tag, scan a QR code, or type an item number to add it to the cart. Take a card payment through Square or record cash. Stock updates when payment is complete.
No Stallipop fee on booth sales. Square’s card processing fees apply. Cash sales save offline and sync later; Tap to Pay needs internet.Choose what to sell online
Turn on Sell online for the items you want in your shop. Use the photos and prices you’ve already added, with stock shared between your booth and online sales. There’s no listing fee.
Shops are just getting started. The products you add now will be ready when they open.Start with a pen.
Each item has a short number. Write it on your own tag, print a QR tag, or use a tap tag. All three add the item to your cart. Stock changes when the sale is complete.
Write it by hand
Put the item number on a tag you already use. Type it in at checkout.
Print a tag sheet
Print the price, item number, and QR code together. Shoppers can scan the code to see the item.
Use a tap tag
Hold the tag to your phone to add the item to a sale. Keep it to reuse, or let it go home with the customer as a link to your shop.
Was the show worth it?
Look at what you sold alongside the costs of being there. Keep notes about the weather, the crowd, and what people asked for. They’ll be there when you’re deciding whether to book again.
Your records are yours
Download your data whenever you need it, on any plan.
Use the screen that suits the job
Take your phone to the booth. Use your tablet or computer when you want more room to plan.
Keep your expenses together
Record business spending through the year and download your records when it’s time to do the books.
